This is precisely the outcome that Thomas Schäfer, new CEO of Volkswagen Passenger Cars, has said he wants to avoid.

It has been a challenge, but we’ve made good strides with new voice control and Travel Assist.”Another Autocar reader, Terry Osborn, who owned an, said: “On my journey home, it suffered from three system crashes. A spokesman said: “Our customer care teams continue to work with the open cases highlighted to find solutions as quickly as possible, as our priority is to ensure customer satisfaction.”

Whoa …. Takes the pressure off JLR 🙄🙄🙄🙄

The software in my SEATUK Leon E-hybrid is terrible. Keeps resetting itself, changes from primary to default user etc… love the power train in the car & it’s very comfortable, but unless the computer system is sorted, it will be my last Seat.
