IT services firm, Unity Technology Solutions, has been bought by Irish based cybersecurity and cloud services specialist Ekco.

However, the deal will see the annual revenues at Ekco grow to €105m.Ekco currently has operations in Ireland, the UK and Netherlands, with 300 of the staff based in Dublin and Cork.

"We’re ambitious for the new Ekco and look forward to bringing our clients the business benefits of our combined investment and technology innovation."
