There’s a chunk of shares potentially up for grabs in artificial intelligence-powered virtual data room business Ansarada.It’s believed to be a founder sell down, coming from co-founders Andrew Slavin and Daphne Chang. The company’s CEO and co-founder Sam Riley is not believed to be selling shares.
The $190 million business is trading down 14.4 per cent in the last month, fetching $2.14 per share. Over a six-month timeframe, it is still up 38 per cent, despite the segment wide rotation out of technology stocks.
