The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has declared the suspended head of the Police Intelligence Response Team , DCP Abba Kyari, wanted for being one of the leaders of a cartel of drug barons operating the Brazil-Ethiopia-Nigeria illicit drug pipeline.Spokesperson for the NDLEA, Femi Babafemi, during a press briefing held at the agency's headquarters on Monday said Kyari is needed to answer questions that crop up in an ongoing drug case in which he is the principal actor.
