The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Olaleye announced his appointment while addressing members of staff at a town hall meeting held on Friday at the Ikorodu Campus of the institution.
He also thanked the Special Adviser on Education, Tokunbo Wahab and the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, for their efforts towards the successful transmutation of the institution. “What is demanded of all staff of this institution is to key into this transmutation process and support the state government, governing council and management.“Not until the last student graduate, LASPOTECH still exists, the students currently in school will graduate as a OND/HND,” he said.
