Tesla wants you to do karaoke in your car

SHANGHAI: The TeslaMic is only available in China for the moment. It consists of a wireless microphone designed for karaoke, which pairs automatically with the car. In order to sing with others, Tesla is offering a set of two microphones for 1,199 Chinese yuan .

With karaoke a highly popular pastime in China, Tesla's dedicated application offers a list of songs with lyrics scrolling on the screen. The special microphone allows users to choose from among several sound modes designed to accompany amateur singers. While we wait for it to arrive elsewhere one day, don't think about buying an imported model. It's already out of stock, just a few hours after its launch, on Tesla's Chinese online store.
