cbcgopublic Ummmm - greed? 100% about the shareholders? Use to work for The Source as it transitioned to Bell. I was VERY successful with them. They wanted staff to go INTO THE MALL to get customers. Was fucking harassment IMHO. Slew of people to talk to. The public statements are lies.

cbcgopublic This is horrible. I had a friend who used to work in the call centre for one of these big name companies & they were encouraged if not forced to upswell anyone who picked up the phone. If you didn’t upsell a one day you’d get questioned by the team leader. The pressure is nuts
