Does more than 50% of people agree something is true on a chain block in any kind of group make you believe it is true or the fact? Per the blockchain design.

I always think the fundamental concept of blockchain has always been what it was and what it is running now, either in handling data or storage, for most parts. Not sure why call it a new technology
