The Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation has announced a new board committee line-up with the creation of two new committees to reflect its focus on strengthening governance and championing innovation within the organisation.In total, MDEC has five special committees. The other three are Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination, and MDEC Tender.
“I believe in these times of unprecedented change, firm commitment to reinvention must begin from the top for us to decisively lead Malaysia’s digital economy and ensure shared prosperity for all Malaysians,” chairman Datuk Dr Rais Hussin Mohamed Ariff said in a statement, today.
