On Thursday the ABS released August’s jobs figures showing a decrease in the unemployment rate to 6.8 per cent. However, the majority of jobs added were part-time, meaning fewer hours were worked which results in lower productivity and lower output.
“Although those were really promising figures yesterday, the next six months are going to pretty tough as we come off JobKeeper,” Mr Willox told Sky News. “People do have to start trying to find their way back into the workforce. “Employers need to start trying to find ways to employ again.”

yeah two speed economy, and you've got a one track mind GREED IS GOOD , now kindly piss off!
The RBA and most economists disagree, they have been warning to cut stimulus too quickly will prolong recession and see retail tank. Indeed the new cuts are going to cost 100,000 jobs according to Deloitte Access Economics Still this chowder head is looking for cheap labour.
Innes Willox and The_AiGroup do not work in the interests of Australians or Australia. He is an apologist for rent seekers, oligopolies, cartels and donors. Mass immigration wage suppression is his agenda & not building a productive sustainable economy with real jobs and growth.
another Tory sticking their UNWANTED noses into Australian political decisions..
Dear Australia, I am happy to debate this. For those on Job Keeper / Seeker, The Government WILL NEVER remove keeper / seeker. Yes it will change name, may even reduce a small amount for publicity sake, but they will NEVER remove it. Why? Number of Hours worked WONT recover
