As people begin to go back to work and public venues resume operation during the COVID-19 pandemic, temperature checking is becoming a general requirement in order to work or as a condition of entry to a venue. A number of security companies have started selling fever detecting systems which use infrared and thermal technology to measure the temperature of passing people.
