Clearly zoom is not always the answer, during covid crisis numerous calls with gp but limited physical checks or examinations due to pandemic meant an issue was missed that might have far reaching consequences for myself and i suspect same for others.

Some algorithm should have weeded him out long ago. He IS a mock.
