Ukraine teen arrested after giving puppy vodka in internet prank

Police arrested her in the western village of Mamornytsya for animal cruelty. A video showed the puppy drinking the vodka before shaking uncontrollably. The teenager was allegedly heard laughing as her puppy swallowed the liquid.
