Kabel dasar laut rosak punca gangguan internet, kata SKMM

PENGGUNA internet di Malaysia berdepan gangguan minimum susulan kerosakan satu daripada kabel dasar laut Rangkaian Kabel Asia Pasifik 2 , menurut Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia .

Kenyataan SKMM menyebut bahawa ia telah dimaklumkan oleh Telekom Malaysia Bhd berkaitan kerosakan satu daripada segmen kabel APCN2 yang menghubungkan Chongming di China dan Lantau di Hong Kong .Kabel dasar laut APCN2 itu, yang menghubungkan Malaysia ke Singapura, Hong Kong dan Amerika Syarikat, merupakan antara 14 sistem kabel dasar laut yang disertai oleh TM di seluruh dunia.
