Just days after World Athletics belatedly introduced regulations to limit shoe technology, Nike has courted further controversy with a new shoe that slips inside the rules despite hailing it as another “gamechanger”.
I’ve heard rumours that from April 1st all competitors in UK marathons will have to wear Doc Martins. But they will be allowed to wear socks.
Anything that's not Brexit Reebok or Trumpy newbalance is ok by me :-)
In fairness the world has given Nike a PR golden nugget, with many new outlets debating if their shoes give an unfair advantage . They are capitalising on this .
. Nike has developed a new running shoe with a magic wedge sole insert that allows wearers to jump higher, run faster & farther than ever before, as attested by inmates who recently cleared the wall at Sing Sing.
Cant there be a rule like in F1 where they all have to use the same tyre type? otherwise it's not fair for the non Nike athletes
Hover shoes would be great!
