Mike Bloomberg is pouring millions of dollars to a tech company called Hawkfish to challenge the data operation assembled by the RNC.

The company's existence has not been previously reported. Bloomberg's campaign disclosed details about the company after CNBC pressed the campaign about its recent hiring spree.

"I would say nothing shows a red flag as far as a violation," Paul S. Ryan, vice president of policy and litigation at Common Cause, told CNBC. "If he sincerely had not made up his mind to run when he made this company to help Democrats, it's fine. Going forward, the campaign would have to pay fair market value to the company in goods that he's receiving."Using research company Accurint, CNBC reporters went to a New York address that was associated with Hawkfish.

Conway told CNBC in an email that he spoke with Bloomberg about the necessity of creating a digital counterweight to Trump and the Republican Party. In Kentucky, Democrat Andy Beshear narrowly defeated Republican Gov. Matt Bevin. The state had favored Trump by about 30 percentage points in 2016.Chief Marketing Officer Gary Briggs, who recently posted on his social media page that he is now a digital director at "Mike Bloomberg 2020," and Jeff Glueck, former CEO of location-tracking firm Foursquare.

According to Glueck and a Bloomberg employee who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk with the media, Hawkfish employees are working around the clock to assemble the start up.

MikeBloomberg is wasting his money

He will Loose

costareports For himself. Did he just now realize it might be necessary 😡

costareports So, 3 million voters didn't vote for Trump. The electoral college is more the problem? I wish I was smarter to have a good answer, It seems that if one can control the elec. college it just doesn't matter where u put $. I am totally wrong I expect. Educate me.

costareports What does 'challenge the data operation...' even mean? Hack it?corrupt it?

costareports EXCELLENT news. Bloomberg is going to fight Trump on every battlefield, and digital is a massive one.

costareports It’s to combat fake misinformation as well

costareports I figured he was going to do something like that

BUT DEAR CNBC ! IF THE LORD IS FOR OUR VERY CAPABLE President Trump, LET CROOKED RICH FOLKS LIKE MICHAEL BROOMBERG SPENT HIS BILLIONS FOR A SECRET RNC COUNTER ATTACKS BUT AT LAST, Mr President WILL BE OF A TRUTH 100% RE-ELECTED FOR A SECOND FULL TERM

Check on LinkedIn, there’s several conversations going on about who’s joining Hawkfish. Includes big names

Andrew talk a bit about how liberal Bloomberg is technically violating campaign laws by pretending to run for office but instead being able to purchase campaign ads for 50+% off with his fake campaign. Next do the anti-Christ Tom pig dog Steyer.

Smart play. Trump leveraged business/media for politics. Bloomberg now using politics to build a business & media awareness. Both guys know how to leverage processes and assets. Probably more layers to the Hawkfish strategy... build quals, data, tax implications, etc...

Good

MAYBE HE SHOULD GIVE ALL THOSE MILLIONS TO THE POOR

He may not be an easy candidate to digest, but he's the smartest of the lot.

Why are we worried about DNA of our service members and Trump gave up classified information to the Russians and has had them in the White House!!

Looks like democrats CAN buy elections
